This course bring the expertise, tips and tricks of Chefs with years of commercial experience to you - to extend your kitchen knowledge. A course design to hone your skills, fill those 'missing gaps" in technique and bring ideas back into your cooking - to bring out the "Chef Within".

The course follows a structure introduction to techniques and skills-training combined with practical cooking and information at every step. From knife skills, safety and commonsense in the commercial kitchen environment, each session will focus on preparation of either:

  • Entrees
  • Soups
  • Sauces
  • Hot and Cold Meats
  • Fish
  • Shellfish
  • Pasta
  • Sweets
  • Cheeses
  • Seasonal cooking and market shopping

Our Chef will challenge you to try new ideas and tastes, recommend books and other sources of inspiration

The last session of the course will include a sit-down dinner, where you can invite a friend or family member to experience your new found cooking skills and ideas
