In this class you will learn practical traditional and modern skills and tips to apply in your own kitchen. This hands-on course will involve cooking dishes which cover some of the basic cooking methods by making a classic soup, sauce, braised-meat dish, and chocolate soufflé. The variation of produce and style of cooking throughout the French regions will also be discussed.
