A great overview of how to use cook and decorate with chocolate. While making chocolate biscuits and decorating cup cakes, children will learn the principle of melting, baking, and ways to decorate. Cooking chocolate, dark and light, and where it comes from - all will be explained and eaten!

This is a fun hands-on lesson, children are guided but expected to make thier own chocolate creations. While learning the basic principles of handling chocolate, youngsters will experience a fully functional commercial kitchen learn about hygiene, safety in the kitchen, ingredients and the creative possibilities in cookery

It is advisable that one parent or guardian stay, help or observe throughout the lesson.
