Make fun shaped breads, and a traditional loaf/bun to take home while learning the basics of bread making. Both yeast based and/or unleavened breads will be created in a commercial cooking environment. Create the dough, shape your breads and explore different ways to decorate and embellish your creations.

Plenty of jam and butter supplied to sample your warm bread.

This is a fun hands-on lesson, children are guided but expected to create their own breads. While learning the basic principles of baking youngsters will experience a fully functional commercial kitchen learn about hygiene, safety in the kitchen, ingredients and the creative possibilities in cookery

It is advisable that one parent or guardian stay, help or observe throughout the lesson.
