Description
An approved Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course gives participants the skills and knowledge necessary to contribute to a safe and enjoyable environment in licensed premises. This course is relevant to all liquor licensees, bar staff and those involved in the serving of alcohol in Victoria. This course is approved by the Director of Liquor Licensing, Department of Justice, Victoria.
The RSA program covers a range of topics including:
- Problems associated with excessive consumption
- Alcohol and the law
- The question of who is responsible for RSA
- Facts about alcohol
- Improving the atmosphere of your premises
- Handling difficult customers

Cost: AUD $39.00 only
