Before you submit your Application
Before enrolling in any VIT course, please make sure you are aware of the course content, duration and mode of delivery. If you do not have this information, then it can obtained it by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
Ensure that the application form has been fully completed and signed and all course entry requirement documents have been provided.
These documents may include: English proficiency documentation (IELTS), Academic transcript, and a Copy of your passport
What happens next?
Upon receipt of your application you will be sent a letter of offer, detailing total course costs, course duration and course details. For International Student this may be sent to you or your education agent via email and will include a copy of the Enrolment Acceptance.
If your application is approved and you accept the offer you must submit the Enrolment Acceptance to VIT. Once VIT receives the signed Enrolment Acceptance it will accept payment (via bank draft or electronic transfer) and issue the (eCOE) Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment to you or your education agent within 48 hours.
If the submission documentation is incomplete your application will be processed and you or your education agent will be contacted for the required information.
