Commercial Cookery Course: VIT’s Commercial Cookery courses focus on teaching the skills and knowledge of preparing and exhibiting food to the highest benchmark, driving our students for their future careers as expert professional chefs.

Patisserie Course: VIT’s Patisserie course is designed to prepare students for a career as a Pastry Chef.  Well trained and qualified Chefs in this field are in high demand by leading hotels, restaurants and motels.

Diploma of Hospitality Management: The qualification is suitable for students who have completed Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery and want to advance their knowledge and skills in hospitality operations
